What's On
In addition to our regular worship, we run a number of midweek activities with our sister congregation, Mustard Seed.

For events in the Garden, please use the gate on Easter Road, next to the Sunnyside side-street
For events in the Lower Hall, please use the gate on Easter Road, next to the Sunnyside side-street and enter by one of the back doors

SUNDAY
10.45 am - 11.45 am Sunday Eucharist
Sanctuary
All are welcome to the St Margaret’s Eucharist, using the contemporary language of the 1982 Scottish Liturgy. After the service you are most welcome to stay behind for coffee and a chat.
4.00 pm - 5.30 pm Mustard Seed Worship
(includes Communion on 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month)
Sanctuary
​All are welcome to the Mustard Seed weekly worship, which on the fourth Sunday in the month is for all-ages. We have children’s activities during the service on the other Sundays. Communion is available on some Sundays. We also regularly provide activities for youth (S1 and above).
MONDAY
10.00 am - 11.30 am Baby and Toddler Group
Lower Hall
This meets weekly during term-time. Caregivers, babies, and toddlers are very welcome. Activities include a wide range of play options for the children plus songs and refreshments for all.

TUESDAY
12.00 pm - 1.00 pm Reflective Eucharist

6.00 pm - 8.30 pm Community Tuesdays
Sanctuary
Food is served at 6 and then a discussion is held from 6.45, focussing on a different Mustard Seed value every week.
WEDNESDAY

Sanctuary
We welcome new Scots to join us to practise their English and to make new community connections.
10.30 am - 12.30 pm Craft Group (every two weeks)
Lower Hall
This group meets every two weeks in the Downstairs room for crafting, conversations and refreshments. Feel free to bring along your craft projects or to try something new. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.

FRIDAY
10.00 am - 11.00 am Breakfast Club
Lower Hall
Everyone is welcome. Breakfast includes porridge, rolls with a choice of bacon, sausage, or veggie sausage, with tattie scones. Fresh fruit, home baking and biscuits are also on offer. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold drinks are served.
11.15 am - 11.45 am Reflection
Sanctuary
A short gathering to hear a bible passage, reflect and pray.
SATURDAY
11.00 am - 1.00 pm Gardening & Bible Group
Garden
Sanctuary
Meets weekly from April to October (mostly outside) and fortnightly from November to March (mostly inside). Everyone is welcome and no previous experience of gardening is necessary. Activities include planting and caring for plants and trees, followed by refreshments and Bible study.
