Mustard Seed's constitution establishes that key decisions about the church are undertaken by people who have been appointed as members. 

If you have been a part of what we are about, and would like a say in these decisions, then please complete the membership application form below. Once this has been approved, you will be notified and will be entitled to vote at any meetings.
